I have an Onn. Roku TV and a Roku Express 4k + and Pluto is doing this on both devices. I have updated both Rokus, the Pluto TV channel itself, deleted and reinstalled the channel, reset my internet connection (internet is just fine) and did a factory reset on. I’ve performed all of these steps on both devices, but PlutoTV still doesn’t work.

Mar 11, 2025 · Pluto TV - guide issues, stuck on one channel Starting tonight, I am having a serious issue with Pluto TV app. I cannot get the guide to load. The app itself works, however, I am stuck on whatever channel it happens to be have been on last. I cannot get the guide to load.
All of the issues were related to the Pluto app. Pluto eventually pushed out an app update to all users, it just took longer for some users of Roku. Issues resolved.

I have contacted them, and told them the problem is there interface, I even got them to escalate the problem to the higher ups and no has done anything. I have a shadow being displayed at the top of my screen whenever I watch Pluto that will not go away.

After removing the Pluto TV app on your Home screen, have you also tried rebooting your Roku device under Settings > System > Power (skip if unavailable) > System restart and then reinstalling it right after?
